Meet Hele Corn Mill at OPEN FOR BUSINESS on Thursday 5 March 2015 at the Landmark Theatre, Ilfracombe, North Devon.

Winner of Devon Life’s ‘Best Tearoom Award 2013 and 2014′, Hele Corn Mill is a 16th century watermill, tearoom and tourist attraction.

Cakes baked daily on the premises, some using our wholemeal stoneground flour. Our cream teas include traditional Devonshire Splits and Thunder and Lightning. Mill tours, kids puzzles and challenges.

School groups and private visits welcome.

Hele Corn Mill, IlfracombeThe Hele Corn Mill (or ‘Old Corn Mill’) is a unique working watermill in North Devon! Just a stone’s throw away from stunning Hele Bay, a visit to the mill makes a perfect family day out whatever the weather!

Hele Corn Mill’s tea room won Devon Life magazine’s ‘Best Tea Room in Devon Award’ in 2013. A selection of delicious cakes, biscuits and scones are baked every day. It is Coeliac friendly and gluten-free options are always available.

Guided tours are given by the family who run the mill, and children and adults alike will enjoy learning about the history of the mill, from how flour has been made here over the centuries, to some of the mishaps which have befallen the millers.
